At Least They're Committed

Yesterday was absolutely, positively the bestest day at work, like, ever. I came back from my vacation to find that Ken and Jon had conspired against me! YES!!!! Evidently, the topic of my failure to put a photo of ‘me’ on the website came up at staff meeting Monday in my absence.  So they took care of it by scanning my first work ID and including it on the ‘test’ site. It was funnnyyyyyy! And, like, fun! The way work and life is supposed to be, like, all the time! Right?

I sent the link to the page to my folks.

Dad’s response: Hmmmmm! I remember that girl. Cute as a button and with a little fire in the eyes!!! I approve whole heartedly!!! Much Love,  Dad.

Mom’s: How hilarious!!  Those fiends!!!  (I love it when she calls people fiends.)

So, sweet! And I got a shitload of work done yesterday, too, so I’m almost ahead of the game now. Almost . . . OK, back at it.
