Curt is wildly eccentric, which of course makes him one of my favorite people even though he’s really Darrell’s friend. He was great. He brought books for the kids and dessert. He also made his own brand of margaritas for us, which involved cheap beer to make it foamy. Groovy. ![]()
We played “Killing Doctor Lucky,” a new board game that’s the reverse of “Clue.” It was complicated but fun, then we broke out Darrell’s new “Movie Scene It II.” We had teams and Curt, Dante and I won big time. I even knew a couple Curt didn’t! Bwahaha. (They were, of course, the cheesy movies that cultured people would never watch.)
It’s Christmas Eve. Nice. Dante stumbled upon Rock Band, so there’s no surprise there. We had to go back to various stores three times to get ink security tags removed, the gal at Walgreens forgot to give us the gift card we paid for . . . ain’t this fun? Today’s for last minute stuff and stopping in at work to get Network updated. But, hey, as Elway told the 24-year-old Hooter’s girl he was hitting on after his golf tournament at Inverness about three years back, “It’s good, it’s all good.”
